🔹 Position: Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical specialists and medical officers
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and clinical progress
• Ensure infection prevention and control measures are adhered to at all times
• Participate in CMEs, audits, and quality improvement activities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid registration and practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK)
• Valid practicing license
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience

Key Competencies:

• Strong basic nursing and clinical care skills
• Good patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a patient-centered approach
• Attention to detail and good time management
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented
